lol

It's definitely not worth it as a time saver, if it is one. I've done it before too, and it's no good. Instead of your body using it up gradually, it actually gets turned into excess calories that are stored as fat. This is why doctors and fitness trainers everywhere suggest the 6-meal diet now.

Break up your regular 3 meals a day into 6 half-sized ones. This keeps your body's metabolism higher all day since it takes calories to burn food. Think of it as fueling it as needed instead of overflowing and ending up with an excess of calories left unburned, which will obviously be stored up instead.

Also, I found that when I ate SO much at once, even if I ate the same amount of calories that day overall, it stretched out my stomach. You don't want to do that either cuz you'll be able to stuff even more the next time, and the next, if you always do that. Then say hello to weight gain :(

For the healthiest eating routine, eat bigger for breakfast because that's the most important, drink a lot of water as it heightens your metabolism if you do so BEFORE you eat, and eat as little as possible 4-5 hours before bedtime.

No ways .the stomach cannot digest in sleeping mode .................always better to eat at 6pm or so
keep dinners veryvery lite

I don't know what age you are or what conditions you might have, but if you are diabetic, there is a condition called gastroparesis in which the stomach doesn't empty properly. You might have yourself checked for this if it's a possibility. There are meds to treat it. Otherwise, I think you know the answer.

Over eating like that is gonna make your stomach bigger.

it sounds lik you are eating very late in the evening before going to bed . not a good thing at al,l as your body wont burn up the calories and you will find your self putting on a lot of weight if you havent already done so, plus you can end up being sick or heart burn lots of things on a full stomach
if you are going to eat late take a quick walk around the block instead of sitting. and try and digest some of your food
before going to bed
