Does This Really Pay Off?!
Question: I'm wondering about the YMCA personal trainers. Do they really get you results (success stories anyone?) It seems like anyone can take their courses to become a trainer, so I'm feeling a little iffy, but their prices are fantastic! What does everyone else look for in a trainer??

I have been using the YMCA for about a year now, and to be honest with you...the trainers there just sit around and talk to you while you work out. Another thing is they look just regular people. I would think that if someone was to train me to be healthy they should look healthy or be actually hot themselves. I would say better luck just getting a gym partner and get good training book.
