What can I do to get ripped hardcore six pack?!


Question: I work out my abdonimals or my abs alt. Well I do my best to work it out.
my abs shows but they're not ripped. I do about 250 cross crunches , were I put my hands behind my back , my elbows out, I crunch up let my right elbow go to my left side of the body. And do I on the other side also. I sweat when I do those.
but I want to know what can I do to get better results?

well the main thing is your eating and cardio, your can have the muscles but if you have fat over them then you want ever be able to see them, swimming is like the best thing for your abs and you can try to eat more but smaller meals through the day to keep your metabolism going and just do some running and keep up your ab workouts

Go to the gym and do all the machines. You could also use an exercise ball.

Sounds like you have amazingly strong abs, but perhaps they are just hiding under a little excess skin or weight? You need to do cardio to burn off fat and develop that muscle tone.
