Hunger pains are from the foods you are eating. Have you ever heard the saying about Chinese food about being hungry an hour later. It is because of the combinations of carb and fats.

I lost 92 pounds, down from 325 lbs. The first week I started eating this way I lost 8 pounds... but it was probably because I was so big to begin with. I never got the hunger pains again.

The rules are...
Food group 1
Fats, meats, oils, cream, butter

Food group 2
Veggies (no avocado or potatoes or carrots, these turn immediately to sugar when they hit your saliva).

Food group 3
Carbohydrates, rice, pasta, potatoes, non fat milk.

Food group 4
Fruit, eat only in the morning, on an empty stomach, about an hour before breakfast, not after. Don't eat it at night.

Rule... eat anything from group 1 with anything from group 2.
Rule... eat anything from group 2 with anything from group 3.
Rule... Do NOT eat group 1 with group 3.
Rule... No soda, caffeines, whole milk, yogurt, avocados, bananas all of these have fat and carbos so when you want to lose weight don't eat them. Afterwards you can.

Picture this in your head, insulin from your pancreas is secreted, to help digest sugars, and anything digested with it will be 'stored' as fat. So if you want the pasta and bread, don't have the butter or oil or meat, instead have a marinara tomato sauce, or sauted veggies with garlic, no oil or butter with carbos... remember.

I hope this helps and if you need any help on this let me know. I will be glad to help.

You should try eating more fibre, which will keep you full longer.

YOU MAY BE CONFUSED..
YOUR BODY REACTS THIS WAY ALSO WHEN YOU ARE THIRSTY. MAKE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER
...YOU DONT WANT TO DEHYDRATE.

your body just needs to get used to the routine

You are working out to hard. Maybe you should take a break.

Was it "hunger pains" or is it a stomach ache? Throwing that down in the morning could jolt the system, that's alot of protein at once.

You might need more to drink more water. Sometimes thirst is confused as hunger and all your working out could leave you slightly dehydrated.

you must still need more calories. eat a little more if you feel really hungry. it is part of being athletic.

because you are growing

alot of times when you are working out hard or you eat alot your body feels hungry again shortly after. this is not hunger but thirst. next time you feel it drink a big glass of water. you will feel tons better.

they were not hunger pains they where from dehydration. Try drinking more water.

Is not uncommon for your age to be hungry faster. This is your prime growing age, where you'll start eating like a pig and grow grow grow. :P

Because Ur burning alot of calories try eating 5 small meals a day

Eat oatmaeal it is hte perfect food because it last longer. Then at lunch eat tuna. These are the two foods I ate most when I was training alot. They help you stay full longer and make you lean.

You need more water in your system. Your body is trying to tell you something. Drink more water and i will bet you that the pangs will go away. You are eating way to much meat, try some fish or chicken.

well i run every day and at 7:00 every evening i do dance, Its pretty hard work and i get hungry really fast. It sounds like you are just burning up alot of energy so what suggest is when you get hungry just keep eating, but eat something healthy like vegtables!
