Is this a reasonable weightloss or is this very hard?!

Question: Hi,

Okay so it's March 10th today. I'll be moving back to my city mid-May I think. So, let's say I have two months.

I'm 165, 5'4 now. That sounds super heavy but I have a very hourglass figure, so my boobs take up a disproportionate amount of weight haha I'd say about normal in appearance now...my stomach isn't as flat as it was but it's not huge. I used to be a lot slimmer and all this moving from country to country is messing up my body! When I move back home I want to feel good enough to go to the beaches in my bikini.

I want to get down to 145lbs. Do you think that that's too much? My (ex) boyfriend says that that would look freakishly thin on me, so should I not aim to go that low?

Also, is 20 lbs an unreasonable weight loss for two months? Will that be very hard work and I should just aim for 10 or 15 pounds? Or is it totally reasonable?

THANK YOU!

If you think about it. You are probably setting yourself an unreachable target. I do not think you will reach this in 2 months.

Do the calculations and figure out, healthily, a normal weight loss would be 1-2lbs a week. So in 2 months about 10-15 or a little more?

You may be able to reach this if you really try! :D GO FOR IT!

Eat healthy foods and exercise quite a lot. This all contributes. And DONT cheat on a diet! You are just cheating yourself!

Hope i helped!!!! :D :P

Go for 12 pounds, focus on toning your figure rather than just dieting and see how you feel and look when you take off 12 lbs., then decicde if you want to loose another eight or not.

If you eat 1,000 calories a day (count everything, drinks, condiments, everything - there are calorie lists on line google 1,000 calorie diet) you will loose 1 lb p/day. I did this after I had my daughter.
Remember though, you cannot spot weight loss, some of that 'disproportionate' weight will come off too, just something to think about.

20 lbs is pretty much for just two months. If you're in the puberty, it might be risky, cause your body needs a certain amount of nutritions to keep the most important body functions to run, else it may mess up with your puberty.

20 lbs in two months to me is reasonable, but not to anyone else here. I mean, I have to cut weight all the time. I'd say you make it if you drink a glass of water before, during, and after each meal. And eat six small meals, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. CARDIO AND WEIGHTS are your saviour.

I honestly think that 20 lbs is not an unreasonable weight loss but i would break it up into several short term goals. Try setting your goal at 2 lbs a week. It doesn't sound like alot. but it will add up.

20 lbs is just about right... Think about it this way...the average person loses (the healthy way) about 2.2 pounds a week... so 2 months = 8 weeks = 17.6 lbs... you can do it!

It is possible, not easy.
But I always say this, especially to women, it is more important to measure your results with a tape, not a scale.
It is quite possible to get the shape you are looking for without having to lose 20 lbs.
My ex actually gained weight while slimming down.
