How much weight can be lost only eating fruits and vegetables?!

Well you'll probably get a lot of people telling you that you are already skinny enough or you have a mental problem, both of which are probably true...:) But I guess you can never be too skinny...You'll lose a lot of weight by only eating fruits and veggies, especially if you eat them raw. Raw ones have more fiber and nutrients which create a better environment for your body to drop excess fat. Dr. Oz on Oprah and on the Discovery Health Channel did an experiment with people, eating only raw fruits and veggies for I think 7 days? And they lost a lot of fat, lowered their cholesterol, etc. Try and look up that episode on Discovery Health or Oprah.com. PS, your body does need salt to keep chemicals balanced in your brain, but Dr. Oz gave them each one olive everyday, and he said that was enough salt that they required for the day. So it doesnt have to be a lot. Good luck to you! Let me know how it goes!

I don't really think you could lose anymore weight (without resorting to extreme measures, please don't resort to extreme measures).

Honey if you are only 18 years old and only weigh 112lbs at 5'7. you need to put on about 10 lbs your to young to worry about your weight just enjoy your youth

DON'T do it, your already under weight, eating only fruit and veg won't give you all the nutrients you need.
