Should I not eat dinner now?!


Question: Breakfast: cereal and skim milk
Lunch: Some popcorn and a handful of organic yoghurt apricot balls
and a couple of jelly beans

is this too much? i also had some natural fruit juice, just a tiny bit
should i not have dinner?

Im 17, 5'5 120lbs

No! Never starve yourself. Starving yourself will not help you lose weight. It will actually make you GAIN weight because you're not feeding it. It might not make sense but it's true.

Just eat your dinner.

If you do want to lose weight, eat frequent smaller meals throughout the day, drink more water and cut back on junk food/pop and go walking.

It's really bad for you to resort to starving yourself or using pills.

Don't worry about it. You're fine.

IF you are trying to lose weight, then dont' eat after seven PM.

no way! don't skip dinner! eat something healthy, like some pasta, a salad, or a sandwich! its not good to skip meals, it actually slows your metabolism. its best to eat lots of little meals to keep up your metabolism. try not to worry so much about your weight, you are skinny!

if i only ate that little... u r fine eat! and stop worrying u r not even close to overweight and if u dont eat regularly it may make u gain in the long run
