I'm so fat again?!


Question: I'm 15 and last year I was 110kg! Yes, very overweight. I dropped down to 95kg which I think is a great effort. (I'm really tall so I looked quite skinny) but over the past week I have gone up. I just weighed myself and I am 100kg! I know that the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, but even then I'll still be about 98kg.

How do I get back down, because I want to look hot for the girls at school, lol.

Hi, I go to Sarah L's school, but I have a suggestion for you, GET OVER YOURSELF BRO! Your 15, you have your whole life to live! You musn't be that big, of course my dad weighs 110kgs. Get your act together, your a boy!!!!!!

Exercise, exercise, exercise...

That's really important. Watch your diet and be aware of the quantity of food you're taking in. But you won't achieve anything without exertion.

Dont eat nothing that has glutamate or aspartame in the composition. That makes you have craves.
