How can i lose 20 pounds before april? is there any excercises that lose face fa!


Question: Is it okay to run twice a day? when i wake up.. then in the evening.. is that okay for my body to take? and i only eat 2 meals a day.. lunch and dinner.. and a snack b4 i sleep. i have frozen chicken breast. what can i make with that.. and i dont have a tredmill i run up some hills at a park by my house... i drink a lot of water.. is white rice good. i mainly wanna lose my man boobs and gut.. and my double chin.. is there any excercises that lose face fat?

There are also some chin exercises that can help, or If you are really desperate you could get a mentoplasty (chin surgery).

The best way I have found to lose a double chin is to use the velform chin wrap. It uses a reducer gel made of mosqueta oil and extract of gotu kola, which is an herb often used in Chinese medicine. This is the easiest and best method I've found.

Eat smaller portioned meals a day, but more frequently than normal. Keep drinking water and just stay active. Your metabolism will gradually speed up. Watch how many calories you are eating as well, a normal day of calorie intake should between 1050-2000 calories. Eat more fruits and vegetables and whole wheat products.

All food should be consumed by 7pm at the latest. Anything eaten after that is stored as fat in the places you don't want it to be. Mostly your lower abdomen.

eat foods that have NO FAT! DO NOT eat anything with fat. and white rice is very good, just dont put any butter on it;] AND NO SNACKS BEFORE BED!! your NEVER suppposed to eat before bed, because thats when the fat or carbs from your snack sit in your stomach for the WHOLE night. and for your chicken. Make grilled chicken with some white rice on the side and maybe spray your chicken with little lemon and spices. The fat that is on your face is from just from beign overweight. when you start to lose weight everywhere elso your face fat will leave.

deff. doable. id say health wise thou, shoot for like 15ish. but yes running is very good for you. and im assuming youve done this before now, so keep it up. if not, take it slow, and work your way up to more intense. Also, the weight loose pill, "hoodia" is very good. it makes you feel fuller so you dont eat as much. and even if you liek snacking at night, i recomend you dont eat a lot after 9pmish, bcuz its a lost easier for your body to store fat. im no personal trainer, but im tring to lose some weight myself before my prom, so i hope this helped.:-)

yeah you really do need to eat breakfast coz if you skipp that your body will start putting on more weight. also you should perhaps consult your doctor if your gonna do a drastic weight loss programme, i would suggest the britsh heart diet, if you follow it accordingly, you are meant to lose up to 7 pounds a week!
