What do you eat on a normal day?!

age:22 weight:134lbs (61kg)

breakfast: bran cereal (w/skim milk) or brown toast w/ promite or jam or peanut butter.
snack: plain brown bread or low fat cookies (this is if im at work). i sometimes have a breakfast bar.
lunch: salad sandwhich (lettuce, ham, tomato, cheese, carrots, mushrooms, etc)
snack: crispbread w/ cheese and tomato or rice crackers w/ cream cheese or an apple.
dinner: rice, chicken and vegetables or fish w/ a side of salad.

i drink a 750ml bottle of water. a little fruit juice.

other snacks: carrots, celery, nuts, grapes, fruit.

hardly any junk food and no alcohol.

On a normal day, when I go to school and I'm very busy, I eat lunch and dinner (I don't eat breakfast). Lets say, well I eat an apple (one apple per day keeps doctor away ;D ), vegetable salad (I must get vitamins), soup for dinner (don't eat after 6pm) and maybe mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and something like that. And I drink at least 2,5 liters of water a day. Umm.. I weigh 118 pounds, I'm 18 years old.
