Can you drop 5 or 6 pant sizes in 4 months?!

Question: Generally, it's considered safe to lose 2 pounds a week, but no more than 3. Just figure out how much weight you want to lose and then divide that number by the total of weeks that you'll have to lose it. The answer will be the amount of pounds you'll lose each week, and if the number isn't over 3, then go for it! Typically, you'll drop 1 size every 10 pounds, but it just depends on your body and how your fat is distributed. Some people lose inches on top faster than on the bottom, and vice versa. Good luck!!

if you have what it takes

Yeh, for sure--with commitment and hard work---definitely.

It took me 5 months to lost 40 pounds and I only went down 4 sizes.....so no....I don't think that is possible.

Anything is possible!!!! How bad do you want this and how hard are you willing to work. Make sure you have a diet plan that consists of mostly fresh fruits, veggies, whole-grains, and elimate highly-processed foods. Exercise is also a must . Do some form of intense cardio daily and weight train at least 3 times per week. For more info on how to do this go to:
