How to put on weight? I am too thin?!


Question: I have a very high metabolism also. I can eat allday and everyday for a year and gain maybe a pound.

Some tricks I've heard though are eating alot before bed (all that did for me is keep me up. Plus, that's not healthy weight you'd be putting on) Another is just eating and drinking lots of protein and getting on a good workout regimen. This helped me gain a few pounds of solid muscle over the summer (when I have time)

Eat Healthy food and exercise regularly..
Being thin is not bad...esp with gals...
it may also be because of your family..
if ur parents are thin...then its natural to be thin...


Still...Its always good to be thin rather than put on weight.
Staying healthy without any diseases is all the more important thing.

i am too.. hehe and adding on some weight is quite difficult for me. maybe because of some hormones or hyperactivity.

eat a balanced diet. (high protein, high carbo, high caloric foods. include fruits and vegetables). exercise (yes, you need that too). sleep well. reduce stress.

That is the easiest thing to do? Eat Fatty and Sugary food. Eat Rice alot etc. can help out a lot.

But I believe that being thin is better than fat.

eat two eggs everyday morning.then a full chicken andone beer everyday in evening.. in 3 months you would have gained a lot.

just answer as many ques u can on yahoo answers n sit in front of ur pc thru out the day without ny exercise ...am sure u'll gain weight....believe me it works...!!!

First, how do you know you're "too thin"? Is this just an impression you have, or is it something based on a medical opinion? As a general rule, it's not a good idea to screw around with your body too much, even if it's a case of gaining rather than losing weight. Better to let your body decide for you, unless you have reason to think there's some physiological problem (and then you should see a doc anyway to get some opinions). If there's a real reason for you to need to put on weight, then don't ask us, see a nutritionist to work out the details. Gaining weight should be approached like losing weight - fad diets and advice from friends and strangers is a poor way to go about it.

eat peanut butter before bed that is what my son does if he needs to gain a couple of pounds for football because he is not at the right weight he is under weight for his age and height....

take a 1 table spoon Bayer Tonic before your lunch and dinner.
After you lunch plz take hosit 2 tablet from emcure pharmaceuticals.

Eat high calories food, jun food..............etc.
