What do you think of this workout?!


Question: Start off running for 16 min at 7.2 on treadmill sprint last minute at 10.
cool down
workout -- whatever the day is tris/chest or bicep/back legs etc
12 min on elipitcal "kilimanjaro" level 4 keeping the RPM up around 9
cool down

Next month i will run for 20 min and elipitcal for 15 with progression for onward months.

I want to be in GREAT shape not too muscular not too toned not to anything good all around shape

I'd say for cardio ditch all of that go outside and do some high intensity interval training sprints, like sprint 20 seconds (tabatas), then rest 10 seconds then repeat (8 times). Then after that, do burpees till you pass out. A burpee is basically a squat thrust with a pushup. Youtube it just incase you don't know what it is.
