Do we digest faster while sitting or standing or (walking)?!

well beig a nutritionist, i can tell you that eating is better wheil sitting as when u eat the body directs the blood to ur abdominal organ, and this meant hat if ur walkin and stuff you might feel nausious, but walking would digest food better as the food is broken to dmaller absorbale mocleculs the body uses up and makes space for the others to be assimlated and hence the garadient through which the food is absorbed get steeper so that would help, the best thign is eat and then walk ti off, cause that way you will help diesgestion drik water tooa dn eat variety fo food as the body caontans different enzymes so eating different food would give them each different jobs to do rathe rthan say using poteases/ triapsin to digestion protein alone

your food will digest faster if you take a walk after eating a meal, and also will burn up the calories

Sitting, because most of you body's blood is pooled around the center (stomach area) of your body while you are seated. Also, a recent study revealed that people tend to consume more than twice as many calories if they eat while standing!!

to say this, it's really hard, but
after eating, you can stand or take a mild walk, so ur digestion is esier to digest, but while you are eating, don't walk, just sit and relax and focuse on eating ;)

in my culture ; people are used on saying : have lunch and take a nap , take supper and and take a walk .
