I guess eggs and toast. You need the protein. Cereal and sweet stuff or bread alone will make you crash.

eggs and whole wheat toast would be great :) just watch the eggs, no more than two egg yolks a day i think is resonable..

I don't know. Look at the ingredients and compare sugar and fiber that you get. Low sugar, high fiber cereal with milk is more or less the same combination like eggs and whole wheat toast. The waffle is missing the protein in comparison to the other two if it is not made with egg that is and could just like the cereal contain tons of sugar.

How about egg beaters and whole wheat toast?

Eggs and toast would probably be the best. Eggs give you protein and toast would be a grain, try a multi-grain toast or something with some extra fiber. PLUS that would be the most filling, you can also get a glass of milk or juice for vitamins.

As different kind of food contain different nutrition, I think it's healthier if you have all of them in turn. Our body need any sort of nourishment.

None of the above. I would like to introduce u to the concept of a Hunter Gatherer breakfast. Apple,tomatao,celery,melon,carrot and anything else which your ancestors would have had access to. All the rest are products and as such we are not evolved to eat them.
