I'm afraid to drink water at school. What do I do?!
Question: I am in a six hour school day with an hour long bus ride home after school. I have time to go to the bathroom between 6th and 7th period. I do not drink water at all during the day. How long does it take water to go through your body, and how much water will I be able to drink during the day? I also go to the bathroom before I leave for school and during lunch.

just bring your own water bottle, & try to invest in a stainless steel reusable one (bottled water costs more than gas!) for expense and for health (plastics are bad for you, they release toxins, especially clear ones).
if your school is well-kept, then drinking out of the fountains is no problem. we did a chemistry lab once & it turned out that the school water was better than all the bottled water that we tested.
it really depends on how much and what you eat, and how much you drink to know after how long you need to go to the bathroom. the more salty stuff you eat, the less you're going to have to go to the bathroom (1 cup would last for at least an hour and a half before you need to go to the bathroom). but if you don't eat salty things, then it'll take less time. the more water you drink all at once, the more you have to use the bathroom as well; try to spread it out.
I have a tendency to fast for an entire day every so often, when I do that I never drink a drop of liquid and I'm perfectly fine, if you don't like school water you can bring a water bottle from home or use a vending machine if they have one (they might have one that carries bottled water or apple juice)
BAD...Bring your own water. And drink like 2-4 cup's while at school. I dont blame you for not drinking school water ppl piss on those thing's.
bring your own water.drink during school so you go to the restroom during school.....dont drink that much water when you know its time to go home..
