Is there anything i can do to gain height and weight? pls help!!!?!


Question: hi,
for increasing height here are some points:-
1.) do stretching exercises, from 20 to 30 minutes a day
2.)drink plenty of milk
3.)sleep after 2 hrs. u had ur had ur dinner
4.)practice yoga exercises
5.)avoid any soft drinks, candies, chocolates etc.
6.)avoid sit ups as it decreases ur height
7.)instead practice pullups
8.)eat all vitamin rich fruits and food like oranges, banana, cereals, youghurt etc.
9.)eat 7-8 small meals everyday instead of 2-3 heavy meals
10.)have a good night sleep i.e. at least 8hrs. continuous without any disturbance b/c that is the time when ur growth hormones are released.

weight can be lost or gained at any age, but height cannot. so if u r a boy ur height will increase only till 23 yrs. maximum. so first concentrate on ur height and then on ur weight.

trust me if u follow these rules u will surely gain height.
i m a 17 yr. old girl. i followed all these rules strictly and gained 5 inches of my height in the previous year which most people thought was impossibe.

Unless your under 18, then you probably wont get any taller im sorry to say. To gain weight, do it healthy, look for a balanced diet online or something. Protein shakes are good for gaining weight, they also give you the energy t work out :)

well if your young then you still have time to hit a growth spurt men usually stop goring from 18 to 21. as for gaining weight get in a gym and drink lots of protein and eat lots of food. on the weight gaining thing as well you should get a work out program where on mondays your work chest and tries, tuesday back and bies, wednesday legs, thursday shoulders, fridays arms.


etc. just eat and work out, theres is nothing you can do about how tall you are jsut be happy the way you are that is really all that matters.

Weightlifting at an early age is shown to stunt growth (height) so I mean its either choice A or choice B
