porridge at the moment i love it i have a bowl every morning.and grannary bread or some seeded bread for toast i dont eat much white bread these days i find it tastless after eating seeded breads.mind you i do like a nice crusty roll like french sticks. yummy.

i like to eat fruit. i also try to eat bioled eggs versus scrambled or others. i usually have mik,oj, or water.

Half a fresh grapefruit, either porridge or Special K but on Sundays I have toast and marmalade with the grapefruit!
It varies. I may have an omlette, rice cakes with almond or cashew nut butter or yogurt and fruit.
It depends on what i have in my cupboards or fridge at the time. I'm no stranger to having eaten a cold piece salmon or some tofu that I've had left over and refrigerated from dinner the evening before.
You can eat anything for breakfast as long as it's nutritious and healthy. Although i don't eat salmon for breakfast very often. I prefer to stick to staples such as eggs, fruit, yoghurt's etc.
