What is the benefit for woman who eat yogurt every day?!


Question: calcium effects the fat and the cells in your body (but don't ask me how or why, i don't do the scientific side!) and can make losing weight easier and faster. yoghurt is rich in calcium and so a woman who eats yoghurt every day is more likely to be getting enough calcium and therefore less likely to be overweight.

Interestingly enough, studies are starting show that it takes calcium to break down calcium and a lot of time it takes more to break down than what you receive. With calcium anemia being very common in women after menopause I would say that it is better to eat soy yogurt with healthy bacteria in them. Now this does add in a little digestion and also helps fight bad bacteria, but I think that is really it.

Well there aren't any amazing benefits, but it certainly is healthy especially if it is a low fat yoghurt. You would probably get better health benefits from drinking a probiotic yoghurt each day. Oh, it certainly helps to keep your digestive system healthy!!
