How muh would someone lose if?!


Question: my cousin wants to know..
how much would someone lose if they only ate two small oranges a day and 2-3 liters of water and 3-4 glasses of green tea and half an hour of running on a tread mill in a sweat suit
how much would someone lose if they kept this up for 4 weeks?

You, your cousin, or your girl friend will lose perhaps 40 lbs in 4 weeks. I would say that around week 3 she would be in the hospital being fed intravenously. She will lose another 100 lbs just for wearing a sweat suit when running on that treadmill; because clothing makes a difference.

I would guess 25-30 pounds.

Possibly up to 20 pounds. But, they would probably die along the way. I'm not joking, a person needs MUCH more nutrients then that to sustain their bodies.
If they do keep it up and don't have any problems (which is highly unlikely), they will gain it ALL back once they start eating again.

hahaha if she kept that up she'd be an anorexic bimbo. tell her to eat about 1200-1500 calories a day, and exercise for about an hour on the weekdays. if shes serious and not just wanting to be a skeleton

Too little amount of food.
you would end up going into starvation... not good, lowers metabolism and she will feel weak... and if she goes back to her regular eating habits, she will gain it all back and maybe more.

You will probably close to death.

well first thing to remember don't eat snacks at all.
eat about 1000-1200 calories a day.
EAT
Breakfast(small portion)
Lunch(small portion)
Dinner(small portion)
no more no less
drink water only and milk (not to much though)

trust me i lost 65 pounds in 4 months
i did exactly this


Don't do your plan it won't help you loose weight and if you happen to loose weight when you eat normal again you will rapidly gain it back

Yea right, your cousin....OK tell your cousin she won't have enough energy to do much tread mill work....where's the fuel for that energy output?? The sugar from the oranges won't even be close....fuel you body with the proper food, then go for it...

I would figure that you would lose your life.
