I need to lose some weight!?!
Question: Hello! I am 15 and looking to lose weight I am not really fat yet but I am getting a little bit of belly fat and love handles to where I am embarrassed to where tight shirts. I am 5'5" and I have always been a small person in weight. I cannot stand having to go shopping and not even try on tight shirts because I am so embarrassed! I am exercising and eating better but is there any people that know of a way to lose is faster but still healthy? Thank you!!!!!!!

Go sprinting after school or in the morning. to increase your metabolism. Alaway's stay active!!!. people who are lean and ripped dont play halo 3 for 3 hour's a day!
To the dude above, about the sit up's... You cant spot target fat. Situps will onely workout your abs and such not lose fat.
There is only one cure for belly fat: Sit-Ups. Do around a hundred every single day. If this isn't possible for you, then start buying bigger shirts.
well.. I just recently lost about 40lbs in about three months.
