Weight issue...HELP.?!


Question: so i am 14 and all my friend weigh t like 100 lbs. i want to weigh that much. how can i lose 30 pounds quick and easy. i was thinking of starving myself and everything but thats a really bad idea. give me some tips.

Don't look at weight, it should be different for everyone, depending on height, body type, etc. If you want to be healthier, replace pop or sugary juice/sports drinks with water, eat fruits and veggies for snacks, and join a sport or dance class to be active! Don't worry about how you measure up compared to your friends, as long as you look and feel good you'll be fine :-)

I weigh 130 and if you call yourself fat I will be fat.
So don't. You have know reason to..

Just eat right and exercise.

Everyone says not to give into peer pressure......................... but if you want to run as long as you can.

Ya you should definitely not starve yourself and losing 30 lbs. at 14 could be really unhealthy but if you really want to do it just workout and eat healthy that's really the only way.
