What is an easy and efective way to lose weight fast!!!?!

just do the non carb diet i don't know if you can loose 30 lbs in a month but i know you can loose some serious weight dude good luck!!!

its almost impossible... maybe if you starve yourself but thats not a good idea, b/c it's bad for you and if you start eating again, youre gonna gain double the weight!! My suggestion is small healthy portions and excercise. I need to lose 40 lbs before July.

That would be a pound per day. That is very unhealthy, & it can be harmful to your body. The best thing to do is start small with a 1500 cal diet, and excise working all of your body, perhaps cardio videos could help. NO BODY needs to lose 30 pounds in one month. Maybe 3-4 months.

Also, count calories. A normal sized person should get 2000 to 2500 calories a day. Be sure to drink lots of waters. And to keep the weight off after you feel that you are in shape, just continue running. It really will feel good afterwards. The hardest part is getting yourself to go run for the first week.

no you can not safely loose that much that quick,2 to 2 1/2 lbs a week is safe,that is like 8 to 10 lbs a month,so you can do it in 3 months slow and with a good diet plan.if you take it off fast it will come back fast and then some,then you will be in a yo yo spin.so be careful.

nothing is.. it might not be healthy if your not "over weight"
but if you wanted to lose 30 pounds make a diet plan for yourself and cut out fats that are.. bread and sugar.. and replace them with vegtables fruits.. fish! and if your the type that eats ALOT at one time.. measure your amouts of food and have ony a little food and make your meals 5 times a day but make them smaller.. and of course you have to exercise. i would start of by jogging and then after a few weeks.. if your getting progresss lift weights.. and start doing something like pilates or yoga.. it tones your muscles and makes you less stressed and its really good for your body! goodluck [:
