I need a diet that goes well with sports?!


Question: I'm only 120 pounds and 5'4 but I want to lose some fat. I have softball or basketball practice almost every day, and 3 days a week I work out at the gym. I want to lose about 10 pounds in a couple months, but I still need the proper nutrition for sports. Any advice on how to do this? Links to a site that shows you how to diet would be great...

Don't eliminate protein foods from your diet. Learn to identify junk foods, and avoid them. Eat because you are hungry, not because the food tastes good.
Fortunately, you are active, and you only need to cut out some calories to lose the fat in 3 months. See the link, and good luck.
