5-20 bucks
just get a 2-3 foot bar and wedge it over some door frames. or ive helped a friend go all out on an outdoor kind that we bolted to his porch. cost 30 bucks at lowes but you can do it cheaper. you could also get one made for the doorway from the sports store, 20 bucks. best routine? i would say wide overhand as many as you can do for 3 sets, same with underhand. the wide grip works the lats more which builds the v-taper

1)You can spend anywhere from 20-100 dollars on one.
2)They attach to door frame.
3)Same as number 2.
4)Your going to want to work your obliques. You will need to buy a set of free weights and a bench to build a good base.
