I want too become anorexic?!


Question: to lose weight im 5 foot 5 and 200 lbs.. i want to lose this weight fast i need too..i binge eat when i get sad and i cant stop eating.. i just want tips, like how do i get use to the throwing up and how can i avoid all the questions im getting from my bf and family

There's a deeper problem than this. I think it's about attention. You are not dealing with other issues that cause you to binge eat and when you get sad.

Also, you want to lose weight. Talk to your boyfriend and have him help you by walking with you and eating right.

Also, for a fast ten pounds off. Look up cabbage soup diet. you eat it all day. with chili or whatever you want to add to the recipe. For seven days you follow the diet and you will lose ten pounds. if you do this for weeks, you could get sick from malnutirion. this is not a long term diet. and believe you will get sick of the soup.
throwing up will only make you smell, rot your teeth, and ruin your lining. I really think that because of your extreme behavior, you might try to throw up and everything but i think you might go back to the binge eating. So this will not solve anything.

I think you need to find your happiness. Take on a hobby. Dancing or something. You will be gettin your heart rate up and after 20 mins of having your heart rate up, you start to shed weight. the first 20 mins of a workout do nothing. but the time you put after is when you burn burn burn.
think about whats really bugging you. good luck. stay strong. and make the best choice for yourself.

Why stop eating you are better off at 200 lbs than anorexic. I prefer you to stay big.

wtf?!?! You don't want that... exercise more, don't eat out, get a personal trainer, do a detox. There are plenty of other solutions, anorexia/ bulimia isn't something to WANT to mess around with..

please listen to me this is not the solution. i feel that way a lot that being bulimic or anorexic is the only way but it;s not. anorexia can make you so sick and sometimes die. your heart doesn;t work as well and your bones get very weak. so please listen when i say that their are people that can help you. i work on eating healthier and work out every day. their are better and healthier solutions so please dont do this to yourself!

if you want to loose weight, cut out all junk food.... and cut
your calories to minus 500 or 600 a day from your recommended "maintenence" cal intake ....

and also think positive like:

Google "anorexia" "side-effects" Now look at all of the horrible things anorexia does to your body. You don't just lose weight, you lose muscle, your brain, and your life. And you will ruin the life of everybody else around you.

I understand you want to lose weight, but there are other ways that will help you. First go to a church or a school and tell them that you need some counseling.

It sounds like your weight is an emotional issue. So it's better to deal with why you are sad first... then you will lose weight.

ok you do know that you have an eating disorder? you do know that its a mental disorder? so even if you starve yourself/purge whatever - that even if you lose all your weight (including muscle tissue, hair, skin) - you will never be satisfied and will end up in hospital and iether die or recover only to put it all back on again?

the hunger never goes away, you never get "used" to it, you are bascially causing a slow suicide. do what you want - but realise that its you that must live with yourself at the end of the day - no one else.

Sounds like you have a problem with emotional eating (I do too). You need to be kind to yourself and realise that you deserve to be at a healthy weight. I suggest that you read my post "Food and Me - Partners in Everything" and also look at some of the others. I think you will find some helpful suggestions there.

just exercise and fast once every three months. Eat healthy and organic! Cut out any unnecessary fats, and control your binging. Just think of someone really skinny every time you want to pig out. Think of compliments people might give you after you've lost the weight. It is all in the mind.

why the hell would you want to become anorexic.. look at it this way if you stop eating as much and start throwing up you will get fat when you start eating again... plus you throwing up and will rot your teeth and who wants to look like a crack head

Anorexia is really serious.
Take it from me, I'm anorexic myself.
It sucks so badly. Everyone stares at me (people that know) like I'm going to drop dead any second. I don't look anorexic, and I can almost control it, but I still feel horrible for making my family have to be so worried all the time. I'm 95lbs at 5'7'', but I don't feel great about it and you shouldn't feel great about wanting to become skinnier by becoming anorexic either! Exercise.

Just go on a DIET...anorexia is a MENTAL ILLNESS...not a weight loss program...not to mention it can kill you or cause VERY long term problems. And besides...the least you can do is get your MENTAL ILLNESS' correct...your asking about BULIMIA

go jogging... count the calories of what u eat everyday... limit your calorie intake.. eat fruits and vegetables... when you're sad, write down what u feel... it'll stop u from binge eating... i have eating disorder but i don't throw up or anything... i just eat healthily but lesser than what my body needs. drink more water as it'll keep u full when u r hungry. i've the same height as u and i weight 111.3 lbs

Why do so many people think eating disorders are glamourous, easy, and cool? I mean u get to a point when ur so malnutritioned and skinny that u cant even go anywhere to show your so called "hot" body off....thank goodness anyway, who wants to see a bald, toothless, gaunt, sunken, aged, fragile, old bag of bones running on the beach? Haloween anyone?
