Is riding a bike good exercise?!


Question: Will it help make my inner thighs a little skinnier?

Im not talking about inside exercise bikes.
My mom bought me a new bike today :) Im gonna ride it for fun, but what parts of the body ios it good for

your legs.... calfs and thighs... if you ride for a while, your legs are totally pumped and liuke sooooooo tired.... i like to bike ride to.. :)

its a great exercise.....and fun!! get your friends involved with u!!!

Bikes are actually really, really healthy for you!!

biking is excellent excersize!

riding your bike will make your legs skinny and stronger

it's good for your legs but if you ride for any length of time your legs will get Bigger unless you have big legs already


i ride a 24 in. more than 8 miles a week though

you won't want to do that IF making your legs smaller is your goal

yes its great exercise for your inner thigh's and the but area and it tones you you also build muscle tone in your legs
