Lose weight in one week? I know its not healthy or maybe even possible??!


Question: There are no shortcuts blah blah blah

its one week til i have to be in a bikini in front of a bunch of people

is there anything i can do to drop pounds fast?

if i dont eat will i lose weight in one week or will my body be able to store everything plus waterweight so i look worse

should i eat tiny tiny? or what?

i plan on eating lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat and running a lot everyday

anybody have opinions on diet pills for energy? or how about redline? my friend lost lots of weight drinking that...

If you absolutely need to lose weight before next week, the very best way is to be on the cayenne pepper diet.

People on the cayenne pepper diet are only allowed to drink a concoction of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Some people have been able to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks only.

Beyonce herself became too thin when she tried this diet!

But it's very hard to follow and you need a lot of motivation.

Eat TONS of fruits and veggies, without any dips, cooking, or extra spices. If you only a good variety of fruits and veggies and drink water, you could possibly lose over 10 pounds in one week.

Check out the Body For Life site, they have a jump start week that you can drop about 10 pounds on if you follow it to the letter.

Sometimes when I have started a diet, the first week is when I loose the most. I lost 8lbs the first week but then it was like 2lbs a week after that. I don't see you being able to loose more than that SAFELY.

hi you can take hoodia pills available on ebay the feedback on this product is unbelievable check it out my son lost 7 lbs in the first week and a total of 35 pounds in 9 weeks they are made from a cactus plant which comes from south africa it tricks you mind into thinking your not hungry so you automattically eat less he did do excercise as well hope this helps regards sue

try this if it will work for you, but i am not promising anything
-- drink plenty of water at least 8 to 10 cups of water.
-- avoid carbohydrates such as rice, bread, cookies , etc...
-- exercise daily at least jog 20 to 30 minutes a day
-- eat fruits and vegetbales.

just eat healthy. if you starve yourself, you'll either binge, &/or put the weight back on.

losing weight the healthy way means you lose weight in all areas.

body builders do this before a competitoin so they look thier best on stage. models do it before a photo shoot. tis a lot about getting off the water. its not safe to do long term but short term they do stuff like NO SALT, NO CARBS (EXCEPT VEGGIES) like they might have spinache and tuna for a week straight. Fawnia, is a fitnes guru (search the web) and she gives tips such as th8is. I think the main thing you can do in that short amount of time is to get the water weight off. I'm not by any means saying its healthy, but i know some do it. i think the key is veggies and lean meat and NOTHING ELSE for a whole week, just plain water no cabonation and defination NO SALT.

do a juice fast just drink juice no food like maybe a apple a day to give you a bit of strengh but trust me the pounds wll drop off!

You are not going to die after a week of not eating, so I would suggest some sort of fast (juice, master cleanse), something to clean out your body and just consuming liquids should help you lose the weight extremely fast, then you can look at doing something a lot more healthier if you are looking to lose more weight afterwards.
