How can i gain weigh fast?!


Question: i have a very fast matabolism and im very skinny. how can i gain alot of weight in 3 months. my goal is to reach at least 100 pounds. any suggestions? and please dont say something stupid like mcdonalds or something. i've already tried that and it didnt work!

People are rude so expect some d*ck answers. But I have to same prob i know it sucks!!! What I do is I just bought some Whey protein powder in Vanilla and I drink that wit breakfast in orange juice (tastes like a cream sickle!!) its really not bad at all! and try and eat 2500 -3000 calories a day (protein cal's count) but only eat healthy, I added more carbs, people say thats not good but It works!! In every meal eat something with carbs. Im not sure how long it took me but I gained about 8 lbs when I worked at this coffee, deli show eating begal sandwiches and stuff like that ALL DAY, but I quit so my cal intake went way down, including my weight because of it :( Its expensive to eat like that all day long everyday :( !!! Oh adding more cheese to your diet too! Quesodilla's are amazing! Work out so you dont just get fat but build muscle even just a couple jogs a week and some sit ups/crunches and push ups, cuz remember muscle weighs more than fat!!! Try it please it will work I promise!!! :)

Well, from my personal experiences I would recommend to use weight gainers, which are used by sports people. I personally used Gain Fast from Universal. Really good product.

Have you seen a doctor? If eating a lot of high calorie foods do not help you gain weight you probably should discuss this with a doctor. Chances are you are perfectly normal and you just have a genetic disposition toward thiness. Are your parents thin? Whatever you do, do not eat a lot of junk food. Make healthy choices.

Try to gain some muscle. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. Eat some lean meats and some eggs for protein. Drink lots of water and do some muscle exercises such as pushups and crunches. Hope this helps

Eat starches and grains... potatoes, breads, cereals, and whatnot. Anything that feels heavy after you eat will make you gain weight.

K. Well I have the same problem, i am five six and only 91 pounds. I used to be only 83 pounds, but then i tried to increase what i eat slightly, not exercising, and not taking Vitamin C. I HELPED!!!

I would say load up on the carbs-pasta, cereal, potatos, and it wouldn't hurt to add a few desserts like ice cream

well if u have a fast metaolism then u can slow it down by not eating so often. that will slow down u meatbolism since u arent getting enough food, ur body will stop burning fat . and when u eat , eat sum carbohydrates like cake or what not.
