Spring Breakk?? Love Handles.. (Men??) &Ladies. Help!?!


Question: Okay well.
I'm 5'2ft. And weigh 130lbs.
Charts say I'm normal.
But, I want to work on toneing up a bit
for Spring Break.I run a mile everyday.
I excersize for 20mins doing crunches 5-6x a week,
and do pilates around 3-4x week. for 45mins.
I know my excersizing is good and have almost a 4-pack.
(I've only been doing this for about a month.)
But my lovehandle still bugg me a bit.
They are much smaller then before.

Questions: What would be a good deit for me?
Is it okay to eat around only 1,500cal. a day?
Also..Men, Do you like LoveHandles?

I also have problems with my lovehandles and in my experience, mens preference to lovehandles tends to vary. I've had boyfriends who didn't mind them and others who do. I also want to start doing more excercises....the winsor pilates helped me a lot and its available on youtube. Also, eating only 1500 calories isnt a bad idea and I dont think its unsafe either.

love handles don't bother me nearly as much as they bother the women who have them. my gf whines about hers all the time (although I can't really tell). so really...don't fret about it so much I doubt guys notice that much. long as you don't have a gut that makes you look prego you'd be alright with me.

....and personal preference here but i don't find it attractive when I can see a chick's abs. but then again i like (very slightly) bigger women. not fat, but average....like marilyn monroe style.

why do you only run 1 mile? thats relatively short although better than nothing
