Does anyone else get this????!


Question: I go through stages where i dont eat very much if at all. I mean i dont fell like eating breakfast or lunch or anything, and when i do eat i only eat something like 3 bites and am full. does anyone get this???? why does it happen??? it can sometimes last a weeks or even a month.

This is really bad for me because i have low iron and i need to eat a bit of red meat to keep it up, but its never going to happen if i eat very little.

any advise would be great right now thanks....

I FULLY KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. I have the same eating patterns and my iron is drastically low. I went to the drs and he said that i have no iron stored at all and thats not a good thing. I am tired a crap load and get headaches. But im taking iron tablets which are supposed to help so we will see. You should really go to a dr. You could need some medication of some sort.

Please go to your gynecologist, what you are stating can be a sign of ovarian problems.

try drinking a smoothie or something sweet when you don't feel like eating. I have heard diet sodas stimulate the appetite. sounds like you have a supressed appetite. You probably should see a dr. There are some meds to make you want to eat.
Dramatically low blood sugar and severe anemia can be lethal.thouhg, don't mess around. Do something about this.

my sister used to be like that. i'm not sure why.
maybe you should get checked out by a doctor.
i could only handle a slice of toast for breakfast. now i can have two.
well, when you eat slow you get full more easily.
maybe you've had something that has suppressed your appetite. i hear soda can do this.

for now take iron supplement tablets. it's what i had to take when i was a vegetarian.

if you were getting regular daily exercise you would have a much healthier appetite...
