How i can burn fat ?!


Question: hi all i want to burn fat from my stomach and waist,i do hard excercise but i can nt get sweat,someone told me if u want loss fat from ur body then do hard workout while u get sweat,

i did decide to use sauna belt but many peoples told its burn skin ,is it true?

many said before start gym put and rub some baby oil on ur body its will help you to become sweat

i just want my body sweat during excercise

please give me good tips are advice
i shall b thankful

The sauna doesn't burn your skin, I don't know who told you that but it's not true.. The sauna helps your pores sweat out excess water, It's not really one for helping losing weight though, I'd advise you to actually go to the gym and have a good workout, At least 3 times a week, Eat sensible and then you can guarantee you will lose weight! good luck and don't get doing anything stupid or believing anything like that, Especially the baby oil one, lol! :)

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough for you're age.. green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
good luck! at first you will gain muscle then you should lose when exercising!

just exercise everyday
and watch what your eating
also drink plenty of water
and get plenty of sleep :)

Sweating isn't the way to go mate.

You'll lose weight a lot more effective through the right diet and lots of cardio.

Eat smaller meals more often, try and eat 5 fruit and veg a day, drink around 2 liters of water cur out all the crisps, chocolate, and any other snacks. If you need something to snack on grab a piece of fruit or some nuts and seeds.

As for exercise you need to be doing it on a regular basis. You should be doing at least 3 cardio sessions a week, this can include running, rowing, cycling etc etc. Maybe consider taking up a sport as its a great way to get regular exercise.

I think all you're doing is great. if you want 2 burn fat from your tummy area. sit ups r always go. as you've already been advised only eat 3 times a day. all that food adds weight but if u work out lots. it should turn in2 muscle. i think making love is the best excersise. it burns lots of calories, make's u break out in2 a sweat and feels so good, it takes little effort. But seriously, keep up the good work and drink plenty of fluids and good luck. if u excersise that much it will go with time. Cathy x
