I can't eat healthily!?!

Question: I know I should be eating healthily but everyday I end up eating so much junk food.

I'm a uni student, so limited funds mean that whenever I eat out its usually take-away crap instead of proper meals.

If I eat healthily for the morning, I feel like I deserve to eat something bad/overeat in the afternoon.

Is anyone else like this?

I am not overweight... I just eat crap. Any advice?

I know how you feel. I barely eat anything all day long, then at night I eat whatever I feel like (junk.) I do worry about how it's going to affect me in the long run.
I do however, take vitamins (pre-natal) because they have more iron and other things in them than regular multi-v's. Also I drink Ensure and try to drink a lot of water and 100% juice. These are some things in the right direction.

It'll catch up with you if you're not careful. Not just in terms of weight but in how you feel and how your brain functions. Try to improve your habits slowly. Start small by making sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Add extra fruit and vegetables.
Consider keeping a food journal and checking it against the food pyramid to ensure you know where you are getting your calories from and reward yourself if you have a few days that are really good with a treat. We all need treats :)

first.. try cutting out ALL the fast food you eat (or cut it out a little at a time)

there are simple easy to cook meals at grocery stores that arent expensive.. i can make a lot of them and im 12!

drink some fruit smoothie or salad for a snack too

Try eating veggies - even celery - and eat small meals every 3 hours. And try realizing that you deserve to be healthy and you deserve to not eat take out. Most take out places have salads. Get a salad with chicken (grilled, not fried).
