How can I pick up a healthier lifestyle?!

If you want to get rid of junk food, just close your eyes for a minute and imagine the food--and see that it's moving! A closer look reveals something disgusting on it. What is it? That thought might just easily eliminate that food from your thoughts.

You have to make the decision and stick with it. You probably know the basics. Eat balanced meals and excersize. Adding a small amount of activity to your life can make big differences. Also don't deprive yourself. If you have been faithful to your plan, and you happen to reward yourself with a treat, don't sweat it.
I live by the old Nike saying "Just do it". Which to means means "do something".
