What is with my body?!


Question: Hey I'm a 20 year old guy and I'm pretty skinny and have always been skinny(6'2-6'3ish and 168lbs.)...i really dont eat that healthy at all...like i eat a lot of junk food and icecream...hate vegetables...

I dont go to a gym or anything but I guess I get some excercise from work...I think I'm losing weight and I dont know how...people keep asking me if I'm getting skinnier and it gets so annoying...how could I be getting skinnier?...my jeans are even getting looser...its unbelieveable and makes no sense...

again...i guess i slightly get excercise because i wash cars for enterprise rent-a-car...and its some pretty decent physical work with all the cars that need to be cleaned...but that cant be it can it??

you have a very high metabolism buddy.You seriously need to change your diet and exercise or else you are in big trouble.Eat 3000-4000 calories/day,no junk food,no sodas etc.Eat about 200-300 gms of protein,400-500 gms of carbs,80-120 gms of fat.

Do weight training 5 days/week and cardio 1-2 days/week since you are a hard gainer.

Sunday-off

Monday-Chest/Abs

Tuesday-Back

Wednesday-Legs/Abs

Thursday-Shoulder/Arms

Friday-Chest/Back/Abs

Saturday-off

Cardio Do it any 1-2 days you want.Just do it for 20-30 mins

Supplements use creatine and protein

Creatine:Creatine monohydrate or cell mass

Protein:Syntha 6,100% whey protein,casein protein

lucky. yell at the next person who asks you if you're getting skinnier. start eating 50,000 calories a day.

be careful.. don't jinx it. you could start gaining like 20 lbs a day.

It sounds like you have a particularly fast metabolism.
