I'm sooooooo hungery but I can't eat cause I am about to go to bed?????!

what i usualy do, is drink water. it really helps to fill u up without all the calories. sometimes its hard to drink water when ur not thirsty, but if u just drink it really fast, U'll get really full. trust me, it works. =]

less Eating isnt healthy for U! And it wont help to lose weight by starving yourself.
Eat the right food and execise at least 3 times a week

Oh u can also drink water and tht will fill u up

Drink water or some juice without sugar
that should kill the apetite

I have the same irritating problem.It's like you can't sleep with that "empty" feeling.I found out through a freind that drinking a 12 oz. glass of Metamucil,or Citrucel can help you feel full....and it has beneficial fiber as well.

The no eating after 8 thing is another myth that has born little to no fruit.

Just keep your calories low and you will be fine. Try some popcorn, some water, some milk or even some fruit. Starving yourself will give you more reasons to binge in the middle of the night.

drink a lot of water, it's really good for u, helps u pee out toxins in ur body n it fills up ur stomach, making u less hungry

drink some water...or eat some ice! or somthing like orange juice or sumthin. or eat 1 and ONLY 1 peice of lycorice...there problem solved.

Drink ALOT of water. 8 glasses a day minimum. Watch your food portions (no seconds) and avoid junk food at all costs! DO NOT SKIP MEALS! Your body will think it is in starvation mode and hold on to calories and store them as fat. Water is the key!

its best to eat your biggest meal in the morning, and don't eat before u sleep b/c u can't digest and it will not burn as fast. Try drinking a cup of milk , it will make u sleepy and take the edge off ur hunger. You will also sleep sounded when ur stomache is empty. I always promise myself a big yummy breakfast in the morning as a reward for not binging before bed. Never skip breakfast and don't starve urself!

I usually drink hot tea to fill my stomach up before I go to bed.
