How can i lose weight,?!

CAN I GET ANY SUGGESTION... WHAT I KAN DO OR NOT TO EAT... I AHVE BEEN EATING ALOT OF JUNK FOOD AND ALOT OF SEX....

If you want to get back to 130, running will do wonders. Start by walking first if you don't feel comfortable running. Once you are ready to move up start running. Make sure once you are done running that you walk for a little to relax your muscles. For eating, you can't eat sugar, a low amount of carbs, and eat protein to build muscles. Try cutting down on how many Calories you eat. 1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too. pick a exercise regime you like.

if you have cravings, there r ways:

1. the reason you crave in the first place, is because something is missing in your diet. so do eat carbs, protein in moderation along with and vegetables.

2. My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and also improving nutrient absorption.

stay away from junk food... you already know that exercising will help you lose weight... eat more veg and fruits and also eat everything else in moderation.. hope that helps

eat no more than 1,500 cals a day and o cardio for 30 mins a day. thats the only way to lose weight, no tricks, just hard work
