How to keep it going?!

Question: I have been working out and have lost 55 pounds, but am afraid that I will never get to my goal. I started all this because I was very unhappy with myself. I am still unhappy with myself, not as much as I used to be, and I am being realistic. I know that I will never look like a super model or a movie star, I just want to be healthy and look better. Like I said, I have been working out, and the weight is still coming off but how can I make sure I get to my goal weight? I still want to lose about 25 to 30 pounds. And once I get there, how do I stay there meaning how do I maintane my weight instead of losing more or heaven forbid put any back on?

What was your starting weight?
And to maintain your weight you have to calculate your BMR.
