Can stretching elongate your legs?!
Question: I have really big thighs, but they're all muscle..I'm in gymnastics so I practice 18 hours a week on average and am starting eating healthier; But nomatter what I do, my legs are still huge! If I take calcium and stretch more will they elongate and thin out? I need answers!

No. Bone length is determined both by genetic factors and by nutrition during early childhood. If you're old enough to be posting on this site, you're old enough that nothing short of surgery will elongate your legs. However, exercises like stretching and yoga can help tone muscles to give a sleeker appearance.
i dont know... but think about rubber... as you stretch it more and more, it becomes longer BUT it also loses it's firmness
