Need healthy foods that are inexpensive?!


Question: Hi, recently after some bad things happening in my life i've decided to start eating healthier and exercising more.
The thing is that i don't have much time and money to spend on meals so i need some ideas of meals that fit that criteria and also can help contribute to my exercising and work out habits (working on building muscle also so that might be something to take into consideration).
Anything will help and if you have questions i'll reply in the morning, off to bed for me.

Here are some good ideas:
Get yourself a big rice cooker and cook up a big batch of organic brown rice that will last you the week.
Get yourself a big crockpot. Buy some organic sweet potatoes and clean them.
Wrap them in foil and place them in the crockpot (on a meat rack) at night before you go to bed.
Do NOT put any water in the crockpot.
Set the temperature on LOW and when you wake up 8 hours later, you've got fresh, hot sweet potatoes ready for your breakfast and one to take with you for lunch (assuming you put 2 in the crockpot before you went to bed)

1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
