Best proven workout for getting ripped?!

Question: im asking people with personal experience, i can handle tough workouts, im in shape, but what are some good 5-6 day a week workouts that will get me ripped (6 pack abs, pumped chest, cut V) im mainly focusing on body weight training, so regiments focusing on body weight would be greatly appreciated. thanks :)

i did it with lots of cardio, 3-5 times a week i guess. i also lifted weights, my routine looked like this.
cardio
cardio
weights
off
and i just cycled that over and over for a while, i also kept my calories zig-zaged by the week between 1200 and 1750. the last 10lb is the hardest to get off but its cool cuz thats the funnest. you get to start seein your vains popin out and cuts startin to get defined and what not. its hard to maintain that low of a bodyfat percentage.. also you should try to eat mostly low-sodium foods bc it will keep you from retaining water. make sure your lifts are hard and heavy still. on cardio days, i either ran fast (6-7 min miles) or i did eliptical or i jump roped for 30-45 minutes, enough to burn about 500 calories per workout. weights only couts as 300 calories. you have to count them for sure if you arent naturally lean. use a body-fat caliper and a scale to track your weekly progress. as for the weight days, i guess you could do weighted pushups, weighted situps or leg raises, some chinups, do rows, body squats for sure (hold something heavy) deadlifts with a sandbag, hold something heavy on your chest for situps. fill up some milk jugs with sand for rows, curl some bricks, use your imagination. below 5% is when everything is ripped on me, if your already under 10 then you shouldnt have a problem getting ripped if you stick to a good diet and throw in some good cardio, make sure you switch things up and eat 6 meals a day, get 8 hours of sleep, you know the basics.

you don't need to work out.
just reduce your body fat to <10% and you'd see everything.
Theres a limit to bodyweight exercises, once you get accustomed to it...you won't get the same training effect and your body will adapt and plateau..hence your progress stagnant.

Look up "Supersets" or buy a magazine with a detailed regime, that'll add mass. Also, if you really can handle it - FitnessRX has a sample of the 300 workout in it (the movie) the actors went through far more but if you can follow the magazine I'd be impressed.

To get "ripped" you must first build the muscle tissue then reduce bodyfat.

To gain muscle effectively you'll need more than your bodyweight in some movements.
