Hey there, i was never fat but when i was about 16 i was 5'7 and weighed 70kg (154 pounds - i weigh about 140 now), which i think is still in the recommended weight range but it did not make me look good! I have this picture of me from waist up and i have kind of a double chin and YUCK i shudder everytime i see it.
Anyways that was in the past now we just need to work on not getting to that stage again!
