Please help me with my WEIGHT?!


Question: I need to lose around 7 pounds ASAP!
Can anyone share some tips?

Gender = Female
Weight NOW = 88 pounds [ 40kg ]
Height = Around 5.2 feet tall [ 157cm ]
Age = 14

I cant take diet pills, I'm afraid I'll have an overdose and die. So what should I do?!

You do not sound like you are overweight, but I could not say. I recommend you get a physical before you try to lose weight.
You are right about the diet pills. The thing people do not understand
about diet pills,( and I never used them.) is they only work for a little
while. They lose their effect after a while. Some of them have really
bad side effects. A healthful diet, with healthful snacks, and
exercise will get rid of water weight, or bloat. Exercise will tone
you all over, and you will feel and look smaller. You will feel better.
Have more energy. Slow and steady, think health. If you
starve and lose your muscle mass, you will decrease your metabolism.
Then you will really start to have a weight problem. Lean meats,
fresh fruits, vegetables, (frozen veggies have less salt than canned)
low fat dairy, whole grains, and do not omit healthful fat from your diet.
Watch the trans fats, they are not good for you. Watch the junk,
make every bite healthful. Eat the junk only after you have healthful
food.

why do u need 2 lose weight ur already anorexic

just eat wheat bread and oatmeal. exercise and eat lots of foods and fluids.

You are under weight now. Go see someone about eating disorders and body dis-morphia.

Start excersing immediately. Then, stay off carbs. Eat loads of fruits and vegetables. I suggest bananas. Cos they fill you up immediately. Walk often (it is a form of excercise), sit less. Lastly, be confident. Confidence wins!

hahahaha as if you need to diet, you just want people to tell you you're skinny, right?
second thing: ummm bgal? Bananas are carbs... duh.

Well you could you lose a kidney thats 3 pounds you have 2 and need only 1, also you only use 1/3 of your brain so you could lose 2/3 and that is about 3 pounds also, and for remaining pound you could bleed out a pint of blood, Might as well because when your anorexic your body is dieing anyways, See a Doctor or talk to your parents 5'2'' and 80ish pounds is WAY to light

You are already under-weight so i think you might need to get some professional help if you think that you need to lose weight. Take care of yourself!

you do not need to loose weight, you need to gain weight you are far too thin, this will cause problems with your bones and your fertility in later life. go and see a doctor please

according to the body mass index chart used my medical office as well of those around the u.s., the minimum that a 5.2 ft. person should weigh is 104 pounds. According to that you are 16 pounds UNDERWEIGHT. Whoever told you that you need to lose weight needs their head examined- seriously. At 14 you are probably still growing and need to concentrate on eating healthy meals and getting enough sleep, not obsessing about weight. If you continue along this path you will have problems down the road. Women who starve themselves/ are very under weight make themselves more suseptible to disease and heres one you'll love - hair growth everywhere on your body- including your face. If you are too underweight your body cannot keep itself warm, so it grows hair to help regulate body temperture. Considering all this, go eat a grilled cheese like a normal kid and enjoy your teenage years.

At the age of 14 years old you should not be concerned about your weight. 88 lbs for a young girl that is over 5 feet is extremely small, their is no need to be looking at losing weight this early. If you begin altering your diet now, you may suffer when you are older with depletion of certain vitamins in your body! If you are looking to eat healthier for your health and not to lose weight, maybe look into changing your diet so you are not consuming so many fatty foods, talk with a doctor if you are overly concerned about this issue
