They are a million dollar industry scam. Most don't work.
If you want to detox the right way, buy a juicer and go on a juicing fast.

I would rather use water to clean out my system, they are horribly disgusting and didn't really seem to work for me. I just felt worse.
They don't really do anything. Drinking a lot of water is the best way to flush out your system. A lot of the time suppliments just add more crap into your system.
Drink a gallon of water a day from a gallon jug to keep track. Drink nothing else but maybe black coffee. Eat fruits and veggies only, but as much as you want. do this for 3 days max and you will be completely detox'd and you will probably loose 5 pounds too.
They're only good if you use them once in a while. Just dont over do them.

Be careful with detox diets. They haven't been proven to work, and you can make yourself sick by avoiding vital nutrients.
Good ol' water is all you need, really. Lots of water. It can flush out your system better than anything.
fennel tea is good, it tastes great, helps digest ur food and aids slimming iv been drinkin it for years really ya poo.lol! as detox goes im not sure but drink it in da mornin adn after meals. really helps.......well me anyway! perfect 10!
