Yes, that is average for a girl in America and most of Europe. Yes, you will probably grow taller. Look at your Dad and Mom. IF they are above average height, chances are you will be also. Look at your grandparents. If they are above average for people of their generation, chances are you will be too.
Make sure you are getting enough calcium and are eating a balance diet. I have posted one below.

That's really tall. You definitely have a very good chance of growing taller. A lot of people grow several inches when they're 15/16.
5'5 for a woman is a good height, and you're still growing.
average for a woman is 5"4'
and you're still young, i'd say you're on the tall side.
It's good at 14. Your height will grow atlest till your 20 or 22. I am 6 feet 1 inch and 17 years.
