91 pounds???????!


Question: ok so will i be able to loose 91 pounds in about 100 days so about 1 pound a day if not as most people will say how long do you think it will take me to loose 91 pounds and im quit fat so faw to day i havnt had any think to eat and its nearly 7 pm and im starving lol if i did do this diet wat would i be able to eat in one day i was thinking a apple aday ???????? and i no it ant safe but im depressed and i dont really eat anythink in the first place and the stuff what i do eat mostly healthy

If you ate well and did a lot of exercise, you wouldn't need to lose 91 pounds.

No, you can't lose a pound a day.

If you don't eat, you will shut down your internal organs, fat or not.

Smarten up. Get a trainer. And maybe a phsyciatrist to deal with your emotional issues.

you do realize that if you dont eat anything your body will eat reserved fat BUT when you start eating again your body will turn it all to fat in order to survive cause it thinks your starving

thths really dangerous. try eating 1500 cals a day and exercise redulary and then yull be on the road to loosuing all that weight. im not sure about the 100 day thing but iv heard stories about losing 30 lbs in a month!

excersise...like...every day...on a treadmill or sumthin...and wear heavier clothes when and if you do, like a hoodie and a sweater...just more clothes than people would normally work out in...thatll help you lose weight...try not to starve yourself, but eating less junk/more healthy stuff will help...

i need to loose 90 pound however being realistic i wont be able to loose the whole 90 till about this time next year. and i dont eat alot either which is probly why its hard for me to loose weight
by not eatting your body stores more fat which is wat you dont want and it also slows down your metabolism which means you burn calories slower and stay fat!
plus by not eatting your not giving your body the right tools to loose weight.

docters will tell you not to try to loose more then 1-2 pounds a wk . cuz if you for some reason manage to loose 10 or so in a week... because people who do that tend to have a high relaps weight.. so the moment they start to eat food again your body piles on the pound storing up lots of fat just incase there is a period where your not eatting enough again.

how do you think your body will cope with the exsess skin as you slim down?? yes you will have flappy skin just hanging off your arms and your legs and stomach which really wont look pretty.

a min of 1200 i say this without knowing what exact size you are or how many calories you burn normally in a day without doing any activity.at all because you must at least eat that amount
the only way to really loose the weight is to exersise which will higher you metabolic rate which will increase the amouth you burn even if your not doing any thing. aim to do at least 30mins of activity/exersise a day and yes walking upstairs in stead of taking the lift oir even doing house work counts as exersise

diets dont work if they did everyone who ever went on one would be thin.. it a life style change that you need to do
