My metabolism isn't very good, how do I make it better?!

Having a fast metabolism is a genetic inferiority! Imagine being trapped in the desert with no food. You have recently eaten 6 big macs to tide you over until help comes. Ms. fast metabolism dies in 3 days. While the person with good metabolism stays alive longer! Yay for good metabolisms! Try not to move much, and your metabolism will slow down.

Eat smaller, more frequent meals. About every 2-3 hours.

Drink ice cold water, especially first thing in the morning.

Exercise first thing in the morning, as well. It pumps up your metabolism.

And NEVER skip breakfast - Without it, your metabolism slows down and when you do actually eat, it'll store directly to fat.

Next time, pick better parents.

The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer
