Weird fat on my stomach, how to fix this (i'm 15)?!

Question: haha so i know this may sound like a weird question, but my stomach is relatively flat up top, but then my lower stomach is more flabby and i've been trying for months to even it out or get rid of the flab. i eat right as much as i can and i exercise. my stomach looks similar to the one in this picture

THAT IS NOT ME, just found this picture on deviant art and this it looks very similar to my body
but why is my body like this when some people's fat builds up more evenly? like this,:

so anyway my main question is : how do i get it all toned up and nice and thin in that area ( prefferably flat stomach ) to look more like this:

don't expect results from your efforts overnight. it will take time.

first of all, what are you eating? you need to be filling yourself with healthy foods and avoid all empty calories. every calorie you put in your mouth must have nutrition or it doesn't belong in your body.

be sure you eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies but limit bananas to 3 per week. eat lots of dark fruits and veggies as they have the highest nutrients. munch celery during the day and put a little bit of peanut butter on them. be sure the ingredients in the peanut butter are peanuts and salt. nothing else. you can even use almond butter instead.

it is important to recognize good carbs and bad carbs. good carbs are from fresh raw food. bad carbs are sodas, chips, anything from fast food restaurants, cereal, sugar, bread (except sprouted or Ezekiel bread), white rice, potatoes, crackers, cookies, ice cream, frozen yogurt, candy, and the like.

It is important to get healthy fats in your diet every day. use extra virgin olive oil and vinegar (with sea salt, garlic powder, basil, parsley, chives and what ever other spices you like) on salads. You can even put it on sprouted bread and put in toaster oven for a wonderful garlic bread (you can put chopped or crushed garlic on the bread for extra garlic flavor). don't use store bought dressings and no creamy dressings.

eat a good breakfast every morning within 45 minutes of waking up. otherwise your body can go into starvation mode and you will be hungry all day and crave junk food. eat fresh fruit or make a protein smoothie. a couple of eggs with sprouted bread and turkey sausage is a good choice.

you need to eat lots of protein like chicken, fish (avoid catfish, shellfish, mussels) grass fed beef (most is grain fed and not as healthy). avoid pork as it is a bad fat and isn't healthy.

eat small meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar levels even.

drink lots of clean pure water. if you weigh 120 lbs, drink 60 ounces water.

avoid all sodas, especially diet. they will actually keep you from losing the fat around your middle.

avoid all processed foods and watch for things like msg, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavors, spices, soy protein isolate, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sucralose, fructose, aspertame, splenda, nutrasweet, broth, anything you cannot pronounce, and anything that sounds like chemicals.

if you can, make your own chicken or vegetable broth from scratch and eat a lot of soup. (not cream soup and avoid canned or packaged soups)

be sure you exercise 6 days a week. warm up your muscles before stretching and stretch before exercising. do weight bearing exercises targeting the upper body one day and the lower body the next day. do aerobic exercise, like fast walking or swimming after weight bearing exercises. rest on saturday. make sure you are exercising your obliques as well as your abdominal muscles.

also, it is a good idea to always take a good multi-vitamin every day because our food doesn't have the nutrients they did 50 years ago.

i hope you have success and are able to acheive the body of your dreams. but no matter what, remember one thing. you are beautiful with the body God gave you. it is your responsibility to exercise it and feed it healthy food (no junk food! in Leviticus 11 He tells us what foods are healthy for us to eat and what things to stay away from as they will cause illness and disease)

Make sure you are doing cardio workouts. Run, jump rope, whatever gets your heart going. Also, be sure when you ab you work your lower abs. Lay on the ground and cross and uncross your legs at the ankle while using your abs to lower your legs to the ground and back up again. DO NOT PUSH WITH YOUR ARMS! Good luck.

Crunches but you have to do alot of cardio in that area (cardio as in fast & you have to keep your heart rate up) and stay away from carbs such as vegetables, fruits, bread. Drink alot of water. NO COKES!!!!!!
