i'd say about 20-60lbs?

500
:)
jk

more info plz

about 100 lbs if you are a teenage girl, but 80-90 if you are full grown.

health weight for you could be around 140-155

we need to know how much muscle u have

60-80 lbs

It depends if you lift wieghts or not but if your talking Average Body type you should weigh around 165lbs.

(There are 5'9 Athletes that weigh 240lbs with less than 5% bodyfat..just saying)

depends on your age. im 5'9" and im 22. (22-26)im supposed to weigh between 160 and 179 (18-21) should be I think 157-174

You should be about 160 pounds.

I am also 69 inches tall and 170 with a BMI of 20 is a pretty good weight. It takes alot of exercise and a proper diet though.
So I would say loose about 50 pounds, unless you are really well muscled now.

MALE:
umm ur 5'9 then the approximate weight at the max. is 176 then u need to lose 44 pounds.

FEMALE:

ur 5'9 approximate wight at the max is 160 then u need to lose 60 punds.

should weigh between 134-167, your choice and depends on what your body type is.

In order to be what a BMI calculator says is "normal" you would need to loose 50 pounds.

well 5 foot is 100 and your suposed to add 5 pounds for every extra inch. That is what i heard.

Hope that helps

i would say about just loose some to get under 200

There really isn't any way to answer that with out more information. It all depends on your age, your build, your amount of muscle, and even your ethnic background. A good place most people say to start as a goal is 10% of your weight (22 lbs). From there it all depends on what you're going for.
