Decent Diet ideas?!


Question: I'm not "fat" perse... (more chubby)....
Age: 17
Height: 5'6"
Weight: About 137

Been doing about 75 Crunches a Night + 30 Leg lifts... seems to be working alright.... I'm not much a soda drinking but very heavy on the caffeine (mostly in the form of Starbucks and energy drinks)

Does anyone have a nice little day-to-day workout+diet schedule they can shoot me?

Tips are always welcome, too.

the best and sensible diet is..........
eating 4-5 times daily watching your sat/fats and sugar and doing those little things like walking when possible, drinking water instead of sweeten sodas, and staying conscience of your health. one doesn't have to push themselves on a daily basic to stay healthy. watching what, and how much of it we eat, can reduce the risk of health problems greatly, everything else is just a bonus........
stay busy
eat right and often
work hard
and love yourself as no one else will, and we SHALL reap a good harvest. (healthy life style= long, healthy and happy life)
